David Lautier,
Consultant
David Lautier has over twenty years experience in financial services in the City of London, including extensive experience of structured, retail, acquisition, project and commodity finance in developed and developing markets, both from a credit and a legal perspective. He also successfully managed a regulated business for a number of years.
He has previously worked as a lawyer (Clifford Chance, Freshfields), with rating agencies (Moody’s Investors Service and DBRS) and with an investment bank (UniCredit), first as Head of Credit for Securitisation, then as Head of UK Mortgages and as CEO of a regulated mortgage lender.
David holds masters degrees in both finance and law and trained and qualified as a lawyer at the Paris bar.
